JOB DESCRIPTION
• Searching new clients for recruitment needs in Manufacturing, Logistics and Energy sectors
• Analyzing and studying requirements and industry knowledge for sourcing suitable talents
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in any majors.
•Excellent communication skill in English, knowing more Chinese is a plus.
•Hard working and highly focus is highly preferable.
•At least 3 fulltime years experience in Sales, services is preferred. Or owning aggressive mindset, willing to do sales.
•Desire to have a rewarding career in both monetary and non-monetary terms.
