Country Representative (International LNG Company) -

Company Background:
Our client is a dynamic and innovative startup in the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on the development and operation of LNG terminals. Currently, we are searching for a highly skilled professional with international business experience to lead the establishment of the LNG Terminal in Vietnam.

Role Overview:
As the Country Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the successful implementation of the project in Vietnam. Your responsibilities will encompass leadership, stakeholder engagement, business development, relationship management, operational excellence, human resource leadership, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Vision:

• Lead a team of Oil and Gas executives, providing dynamic leadership and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with top management to set and drive the organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring plans.

Government and Stakeholder Relations:

• Engage with government officials, public entities, and business personnel in the Vietnamese Oil and Gas sector.
• Facilitate obtaining necessary permissions and approvals for efficient LNG Terminal implementation.

Business Development and Growth:

• Implement business strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives, in coordination with top management and investors.
• Manage capital investments and expenses to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee overseas operations, including HR, admin, finance, marketing, and sales management.
• Analyze revenue figures and market opportunities for revenue projections and sales target justification.

Human Resource Leadership:

• Provide dynamic leadership for human resources, marketing strategy, and project management.
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable steps for growth, including goal setting and performance management.

Market Expansion:

• Define and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for expanding the business into new markets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in a top leadership role.
• Possess thorough exposure to the Oil and Gas sector in Vietnam.
• Good English & Vietnamese 
• Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
